Marie Gulin-Merle currently wears two hats at fashion house Calvin Klein, as global CMO of the brand and chief digital officer of parent company PVH Corp. One of her first orders of business since taking on the latter role in May was to bring marketing functions under one roof. That’s easier said than done.

On this episode of Top of Mind, Gulin-Merle explains why she merged the teams and works behind the scenes. She also explains why hyper-personalization is the new trend in fashion: “It think it’s going to disrupt how consumers choose brands and products,” says Gulin-Merle.
