January in Sydney sees daily summer temperatures rise in excess of 47˚C. To ensure this is not an entirely bad thing, Sydney Beer Co. has created the ‘Summer Price Index’, a tactical heat-related pricing system for the city’s heat-wave season.
In short, when the temperature goes up, the beer price comes down.
