Tim Miller ended up departing Deadpool 2 over creative differences and went on to direct Terminator: Dark Fate. Despite the directorial change, Deadpool 2 still earned positive reviews and had great success at the box office. On The Playlist‘s The Fourth Wall podcast, Tim Miller shared some details on his scrapped version of Deadpool 2, which included a Fantastic Four character.

Concept art for Deadpool 2 surfaced last year, which featured the Fantastic Four team from the failed 2015 film. Tim Miller revealed on the podcast that his Deadpool 2 was going to have a battle between Fantastic Four’s The Thing and Juggernaut. Tim Miller went on to say that his Cable would have been more comic book accurate at 6-7 feet tall. Tim Miller’s Deadpool 2 would have also seen Morena Baccarin’s Vanessa become Copycat.
